Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in brand management or marketing leadership, preferably in the tiles, ceramics, FMCG or similar consumer-driven industries.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy development, campaign planning, and execution.
- Ability to analyze market insights and consumer behavior to guide brand positioning.
- Competence in creative design coordination (POSM, Planogram, innovative designs).
- Strong expertise in ROI based digital marketing including SEO/SEM, social media management, paid campaigns, content marketing, and analytics-driven performance optimization.
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership, especially with Sales, Supply Chain, and Factory Design teams.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on ROI-driven marketing investments.
Responsibilities & Context: Job Context:
Mir Ceramic Limited, a leading tiles manufacturer in Bangladesh, is looking for a dynamic Head of Brand & Communication to drive brand strategy, positioning, and marketing execution. The role includes leading impactful campaigns, innovative product launches, POSM design, and digital initiatives to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand equity, market positioning, and ROI.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and consumer insights to guide brand decisions.
- Plan and implement integrated ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar and budget to maintain brand leadership.
- Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and ensure timely rollout with internal teams and agencies.
- Collaborate with factory design and strategy teams for new product development aligned with consumer preferences.
- Facilitate NPD meetings and ensure successful selection, launch, and promotion of new products.
- Prioritize and execute visibility projects to maximize reach, engagement, and sales uplift.
- Oversee POSM, planograms, showroom branding, and signage, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Conduct market visits and audits to ensure branding consistency and compliance.
- Manage annual marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation for campaigns and projects.
- Select, onboard, and coordinate with vendors to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand team, enhancing marketing, digital, and creative capabilities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and integrity across all brand initiatives.
