Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to ensure preventive maintenance of boilers, generators & all compressors for undistributed supply and also take proper plan about inverter, motor, electrical panel board etc.
∎ Responsible for the overall maintenance of the factory for any electrical issues including sub-station as well as other machinery.
∎ Have to observe boiler and auxiliary units to detect malfunctions and makes repairs, such as changing burners and tightening pipes and fittings.
∎ Have to troubleshoot the problematic areas and create a clear plan of action for fixing necessary parts.
∎ Have to ensure safety by monitoring safety equipment, identifying potential issues and taking appropriate steps to suspend operations and repair the problem
∎ Have to ensure optimal and continuous operation of boiler systems by performing routine inspections and maintenance, monitoring metering equipment and adjusting levels as necessary
∎ Have to maintain systems by scheduling regular inspections, cleanings, filter replacement and all other tasks necessary to keep all components performing optimally; identify and repair or replace malfunctioning components
∎ Have to supervise team of assistant operators and mechanics by delegating repair, maintenance and monitoring tasks, scheduling jobs, providing appropriate instruction and giving constructive feedback on performance
∎ Have to gain current knowledge of all applicable safety laws and regulations in order to ensure full compliance at all times
∎ Have to maintain proper documentation/ records of inspections etc.
∎ Ensure the availability of spare parts for machine breakdown & preventive maintenance issues.
∎ Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machineries.
∎ Provide utility & maintenance related required support to the production & compliance team.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management
∎ Willingness to visit factories and market as required.
∎ Able to work under stress and pressure.
∎ Must have hands-on experience in maintenance of all kinds of sewing machines, boilers, compressors, pumps, motors and other mechanical and electrical appliances used in a garments factory.
