∎ Candidates must have the experience in PP Woven / FIBC Bag manufacturing companies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
∎ Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team for decision-making.
∎ Oversee long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
∎ Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS or relevant bench mark.
∎ Ensure the integrity of financial reporting and maintain robust internal controls.
∎ Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.
∎ Analyze and control operational costs, focusing on raw material procurement, production, and distribution expenses.
∎ Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality.
∎ Oversee cash flow planning and management to ensure liquidity and business continuity.
∎ Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure funding and optimize interest costs.
∎ Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including market volatility and credit risks.
∎ Develop and monitor insurance coverage for company assets and operations.
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounts team.
∎ Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the department.
∎ Partner with production, procurement, and sales teams to optimize the company’s profitability.
∎ Support decision-making with detailed financial analyses on pricing, investments, and market trends.
