- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and wireless networks·
- Understanding of cloud computing and management.
- Expert on operating mail server, DNS, DHCP, Fileserver, and IIS Server.
- Expert in troubleshooting of various IT product like projector, sound system, PA System, Access control, DVR, NVR, PABX.
- Vast Knowledge on modern IT infrastructure and network architecture.
- Experience in installation, maintenance and update of hardware and software.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain the IT infrastructure of the whole organization.
- Providing technical assistance to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing and resolving service requests, and ensuring timely support for computer systems, networks, and applications.
- Responsibilities may include answering support queries via phone, email, or in person, documenting support interactions, escalating complex issues, and maintaining system performance.
- Regularly monitor network systems and proactively identify and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, diagrams, processes, and procedures to facilitate troubleshooting, maintenance, and future network enhancements.
- Coordinate and manage data backup and recovery processes.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and environments like Hyper-V, VMWare.
- Supervise the technical support team to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Provide support for all kinds of printers such as Network Printer, Document printer, Card printer, Label Printer, Bar-code printer, Pause Printer.
- Configuring and maintaining CCTV cameras, access control system.
- Implementing updates and firmware for Mikrotik routers, switches, and access points·
- Attendance Management: Generate and monitor employees attendance punch reports, analyze trends, and improve tracking accuracy.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
