Responsibilities & Context:
Performed and supervised molecular biology techniques including RT-PCR, Blotting & gel electrophoresis.
Managed routine cell culture operations: thawing, passaging, cryopreservation and contamination control.
Designed, optimized, and validated experimental protocols & compilation of report.
Analyzed experimental data and prepared technical reports and presentations.
Maintained accurate documentation in compliance with GLP/GMP standards.
Supervised and trained junior staff and interns on laboratory procedures and safety practices.
Managed lab inventory, reagents, and consumables.
Maintained and calibrated laboratory equipment.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams including QA, QC and R&D.
