Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Bachelor Degree from any reputed University, MBA will be added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote the products, sales and achieve the target.
∎ Develop network for greenery enhancement.
∎ Frequent client visit.
∎ Maintain communications with team members to process the order.
∎ Meet the sales target.
∎ Supervise the work of gardener.
∎ Ensure in time supply of garden materials for project implementation.
∎ Maintain communication with online support team to process the order and send to customer.
∎ Team works to achieve the sales target.
∎ Ensure the quality and qty. of the plant receive from nursery and also delivery to the customer end.
∎ Maintain a check list to of the quality of the product before sending the product to the customer end.
∎ Invoicing, Sales update, Sales generate from nursery.
∎ Local and International Courier management.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good efficiency at Microsoft Office (Word- English & Bangla writing, Excel, PPT, and design related software), Email.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
