Responsibilites:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated from digital campaigns or other channels to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
- Provide recommendations to improve marketing and sales strategies.
- Other necessary work for the interest of the company according to the instruction of the management.
