Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Textile Engineering at any Reputed University.
∎ B Sc in IPE will get a preference.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Candidates with practical Experience in the garment Sewing and finishing Section are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Freshers are not encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of fabrics & accessories.
∎ Excellent command of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to solve problems and present solutions.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze the bulletin SMV & prepare paper Layouts, and identify critical operations and special machines/attachments.
∎ Layout the machine by maintaining a proper sequence of operation to ensure the best workflow.
∎ Conduct capacity study, method study, production study, and Time Study.
∎ Work Closely with the QCO/SMED team and also implement 7S.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum Work-In-Process (WIP) and control in the sewing-finishing section.
∎ Finishing capacity study and manpower allocation depending on the style and priority of the order delivery.
∎ Daily Sewing & finishing manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
∎ Daily Sewing & finishing Target -Achievement. Have to monitor hourly and shift-wise production.
∎ Analyze the bottleneck process and solve it.
∎ Calculate Non-productive Time and reduce non-value-added activities.
∎ Follow up the production processes-wise achievement and take necessary action for achieving quality goods.
∎ Update skill inventory regularly.
∎ Ensure the process flows through the proper bundling system.
∎ Planning and follow-up conduct training scheme to develop new operators or to increase the efficiency of the relatively low efficient operator.
∎ Prepare performance appraisal reports for the operator, set the policy to evaluate them and give reports.
∎ Give worker and machine requirements/budget if necessary.
∎ Man-machine management & Setup of standard MMR control.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
