∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering at any Reputed University.
∎ B Sc in IPE will get a preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Freshers are not encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent command of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Buyer wise monitoring and evaluating raw materials, manpower planning, production recording and follow-up.
∎ Production planning according to capacity and 100% capacity utilization at minimum cost.
∎ Setting TNA plan and follow up.
∎ Setting the forecast weekly & monthly plan target and achievement summary analysis.
∎ Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to plan.
∎ Update production planning from time to time according to the current situation.
∎ Ensure Line Feeding. and follow-up QCO/ SMED.
∎ Work to implement planning and reduce plan vs actual gap.
∎ Distribute production planning to all related production staff and meetings to implement planning.
∎ Monitor daily production; make daily production reports and track section-wise production.
∎ Achieve on-time shipment maintaining production work sequence.
∎ Work with the merchandising team to QC file as per production lead time and monitor trims-accessories and fabrics in-house status.
∎ Closely monitoring all pre-production activities (Size set cutting, PP meeting, Pilot Run) and priority-based work progressing.
∎ Chase the finishing team for on-time final arrangement and ship the goods.
∎ Implement production planning and update from time to time.
∎ Prepare a KPI report every month. Declare weekly and monthly fabric delivery Pass/fail percentage declaration.
∎ Monitor the style-wise reconciliation of received to ship (Order Closing)·
∎ Cut to Ship Ratio Calculation.
∎ USA Buyer handling capability Specially·
∎ Practical IE Work Experience (Minimum 3 years above)·
∎ Styling sorting Capability·
∎ Concern Lead time Yarn, Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Embellishment Sewing, Washing, Finishing etc·
∎ Alert Crisis managementMan- Machine Budgeting
