- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties of Starpath Holdings Limited.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and repeat business.
- Conduct site visits and property tours with potential buyers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the other department to convert leads into sales.
