Master of Business Administration (MBA); Major in Marketing or International Business will get preference.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA); Major in Marketing or International Business
Maintain proper communication with existing and potential customers to assess their needs.
Collect the production volume/stock reports and communicates with customers to receive orders based on the availability of the products.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends in order to identify business opportunities into the specific geographic area.
Find out the potential markets and creating relationships with the new buyers.
Ensure necessary contract negotiation with the buyers and ensure all terms and conditions are met accordingly.
Issuing PI (Proforma Invoice) and amending as & when needed.
Overseeing pre- to post-sales support activities for the designated goods & taken feedback from buyers.
Ensure on-time delivery, follow-up shipment, and payment process.
Coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth customer service.
Able to handle export documentation and its related process.
Drafts B/L and receives Master B/L from Forwarder.
Collect LC From Bank.
Prepare Export Documentation as per LC/PI/SC/TT.
Prepare Bank documents, Commercial invoices, Packing List, SAFTA, Certificate of Origin, issue EXP, etc.
Take permission from the respective authority for exporting Dangerous Goods.
Collect BL document, Shipping certificate, SAFTA certificate EPB certificate.
Prepare payment acceptance or disposal report.
Communicate with Factory, C&F, Freight Forwarder, VAT Department, Bank & Concern Department for documentation.
Check & Follow-up Day on day payment receipts with the billing & sales department.
