Responsibilities & Context:

This position you will be responsible for Sales/ Service/ Software (Web Development) and ensuring the smooth operation of our Jashore or Dhaka office.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales/ Service & Customer Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Provide training and support to staff to ensure product knowledge and customer service excellence.

  Market Trends & Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in IT products and related categories.

  Reporting:

• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to management on sales trends and forecasts.

• Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

• Visit potential customer to generate/ validate leads for selling products.

• Clear understanding on web architecture, object oriented programing and software design patterns.

• Ability to code design, develop and test independently.
