We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented professional to join our Digital Marketing Department as “Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager– Content Management”. The ideal candidate will lead content strategy, creative planning, and cross-platform storytelling to build impactful brand communications and drive engagement across multiple brands under Akij Venture Group.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage end-to-end content strategies aligned with each brand’s goals and tone.
Assist in campaign planning — ideate, structure, and script content for digital, social, and e-commerce campaigns.
Provide creative direction for visuals, copy, and storytelling to ensure cohesive brand communication.
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver integrated, high-performing campaign ideas.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery across all digital channels — social media, websites, blogs, emails, and ads.
Create or oversee copywriting for social media posts, websites, ad creatives, product pages, and marketing materials.
Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion using keyword insights and best practices.
Conduct market research, audience analysis, and trend tracking to inform creative strategy.
Manage product and campaign content for e-commerce brands — titles, descriptions, meta tags, and storytelling.
Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations.
Prepare and present creative strategy decks and content proposals to clients or management.
Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and cultural insights to keep content fresh and relevant.
