This role requires a creative thinker with strong copywriting, content strategy, and storytelling abilities in both Bangla and English. ∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Creative Copywriting & Content Development:
∎ • Craft engaging, persuasive, and brand-aligned content in both Bangla & English for multiple platforms (social media, websites, email marketing, advertisements, and digital campaigns).
∎ • Develop SEO-friendly content that enhances visibility and engagement.
∎ • Write clear, concise, and impactful copy tailored for different audiences and brand identities.
∎ Content Planning & Ideation:
∎ • Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and brand strategists to create high-impact content strategies.
∎ • Brainstorm and develop creative campaign ideas, taglines, slogans, and brand messaging for diverse brands.
∎ • Ensure each brand maintains a unique and consistent tone of voice.
∎ Scripting & Storytelling:
∎ • Develop engaging scripts for video content, including TVCs, OVCs, brand films, and digital ads.
∎ • Create compelling storytelling narratives that align with the brand’s marketing goals.
∎ Article & Blog Writing:
∎ • Research and write well-structured, engaging, and informative articles and blog posts to establish thought leadership.
∎ • Optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic and engagement.
∎ Proofreading & Editing:
∎ • Ensure spelling, grammar, and punctuation accuracy in all Bangla & English content.
∎ • Conduct thorough quality checks before publishing.
∎ • Maintain brand consistency across all written communication.
∎ Trend Analysis & Market Research:
∎ • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to create relevant and impactful content.
