  • Education: BSc in EEE and equivalent.

  • Experience: 2-5 years in tendering/procurement; experience with e-GP portal preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of government procurement rules and e-GP operations.

  • Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Computer literacy (MS Office, e-GP portal, PDF tools).Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Tender Management

  • Search, monitor, and collect government and private tender opportunities through e-GP and other portals.

  • Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, and prepare tender summaries for management decision-making.

  • Ensure proper documentation, formatting, and compliance as per tender requirements.

  1. Documentation & Submission

  • Prepare, compile, and upload tender documents (both technical & financial) on the e-GP system within deadlines.

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of tender documents, certificates, company profiles, and related materials.

  • Coordinate with accounts, legal, and technical teams to obtain required documents (e.g., VAT, TAX, Bank Solvency, Audit reports, Certificates).

  1. Compliance & Communication

  • Ensure compliance with tender instructions, government procurement rules, and organizational policies.

  • Communicate with tender authorities, banks, and stakeholders regarding tender clarifications, amendments, and bid securities.

  • Maintain professional correspondence with authorities on tender-related queries.

  1. Record Keeping & Reporting

  • Keep systematic records of submitted tenders, results, and ongoing projects.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on tender activities, outcomes, and upcoming opportunities.

  1. Financial & Technical Coordination

  • Liaise with finance departments for bid security, pay orders, performance guarantees, and other financial instruments.

  • Work with technical teams to ensure accuracy of specifications, BOQs, and compliance with requirements.

6. Technical Coordination

  • Work with suppliers/manufacturers to obtain updated machinery

    specifications, catalogues, and authorization letters.

  • Ensure all technical documents match tender requirements (e.g., BOQ, performance standards, warranty).

  • Maintain a database of machinery specifications and certifications for quick access.
