Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring they align with regulatory and organisational standards.
∎ Data-Driven Decision Support: Analyze financial data and present insights to management to guide decision-making.
∎ Financial Adjustments: Review journal entries, accruals, and other adjustments to maintain accurate financial records.
∎ Budgeting and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of budgets, conduct variance analyses, and provide actionable insights into financial performance.
∎ System and Process Improvement: Assist in the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
