Garments, Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fund management from Local LC and Others source as per monthly requirement.
∎ Managing PI, LC collection, Prepare LC documents as per monthly production.
∎ Monitoring style-wise chemical purchase & consumption and posting to the Tally ERP.
∎ Maintain banking relationships and negotiating loans like LTR, Working Capital Loan, LDBP and others.
∎ Calculating the interest & cost of fund on different debt and control accordingly.
∎ Managing fund from different sources for managing working capital and company's operation.
∎ Monitoring the cost of fund and ensure proper utilization.
∎ Preparation of Project Fund Flow Statement as per requirement of Bank.
∎ Record accounting vouchers through proper coding and posting into the accounting software.
∎ Preparation of financial statements and necessary reports (monthly / quarterly) as required by the management. Prepare Sales & Bank Reconciliation Statement.
∎ Maintain book of accounts as required by income tax, VAT rules and company act.
