Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing & controlling the production of goods, planning of material & personnel, oversight of inventory, distribution of goods, purchasing & supplies is central to the job.
∎ Capacity build-up of existing business including execution of project, monitoring & supervising day-to-day operation through which ensure profitability of existing projects.
∎ Achieve key quality, health & safety for human resources as per compliance assessment, evaluation, and training.
∎ Researching new technology & alternative methods of efficiency & redesigning operation methods.
∎ Human resources tasks include determining needs, hiring employees, overseeing the assignment of staff & planning staff development.
∎ Utilization of capital expenditure to achieve desired growth rate of organization. Overall execution of new business/projects.
∎ To supervise the daily production status of the factory as per the production plan, and raw materials stock position daily basis of the factory.
∎ Liaison between factory & commercial department about raw materials.
∎ Suggest system development of software & production data.
