Responsibilities & Context:

1.      Monitor, Supervise & Control overall Admin & Compliance.

2.      Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures as required.

3.      Coordination with top management. Improve the operational systems and policies.

4.      Implement effective strategies for developing the organizational culture.

5.      Managing change, particularly to structure in a positive and supportive manner.

6.      Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.

7.      Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property, assets and other movable and immovable properties.

8.      Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.

9.      Effectively organizing and leading the administration team with responsibilities for office support, maintenance of transport pool, security, legal affairs, and general site/office maintenance.

10.  Responsible for repair and maintenance, provision of utilities and security of all the company properties.

11.  Deployment of Security Guards, Fire Fighting System, Evacuation Procedure & Emergency Contact.

12.  To ensure regular supply of all utilities services.

13.  Coordinating repairs of office equipment

14.  Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all time

15.  Maintain technical equipment stocks

16.  Responsible for physical protection includes asset protection, work place violence prevention, access control system, surveillance with internal & external theft & threat.

17.  To supervise & control of duties, responsibilities of subordinate staff (Technician / Cable man).

18.  Responsible to arrange all occasion of company as per management requirement.

19.  Any other task given by the authority.
