Cash Management, Customer Service, Visa Processing, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Guide, Travel Agent
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Immigration/Visa Processing, Tour Operator, Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer the overall business operations of the company.
∎ Sound ticketing knowledge on operating Galileo, Sabre ,Amadeus and online based ticketing system.
∎ Should have knowledge of making reservations and fare calculation.
∎ Arranged and confirmed International/Domestic ticket issuance for one-side, return, and connecting flight journey and handle refunds/re issues.
∎ Completing all ticketing, secured payments submitting money paper work to accounting Department.
∎ Expert to process online and manual visa application form with knowledge in required documents for different countries.
∎ Adeptly dealing with different airline/agents sales representative.
∎ Knowledge in online hotel booking.
∎ An outgoing, confident and energetic personality.
∎ Should have knowledge to arrange domestic and global package tours.
∎ Answering phones professionally, courteously and promptly.
∎ Handled rude and short tempered passengers politely and diplomatically.
∎ Collected payments for ticket reservation and made manual entries.
∎ Instructed passengers in carrying required documents such as visas, passports, etc. for air travel.
∎ Informed customers about the delay in flight and reporting time at the airport quoted air ticket fares as asked by customers and booked tickets.
∎ Monitoring booking of B2B and B2C client for their online and ensure selling.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as a reservation expert
∎ Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-travel)
∎ Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
∎ Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
∎ Demonstrable ability to handle crises
∎ Basic computing skills including Word, Excel, E-mails etc.
Salary: Negotiable
