Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Computer Science, Business or similar field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage each project's scope and timeline and maintain coordination through a workflow management application
∎ Monitor day to day activities and provide reports to the management
∎ Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
∎ Be responsible for ensuring that the Scrum is understood and the team adheres to the Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
∎ Guide the Scrum team on self-organization, develop cross-functional skill sets, domain knowledge and effective communication, both internally and externally
∎ Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
∎ Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
∎ Resolve team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization
∎ Help teams implement changes effectively
∎ Establish effective communication strategies between the teams
∎ Ensure that the operational processes and practices are well defined, documented and consistently applied
∎ Manage and develop relationships with stakeholders across the business
∎ Track and communicate team velocity, performance parameters and sprint/release progress
∎ Support different divisions on creating operational procedures
∎ Align teams with organization objectives and help set goals and track progress
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
∎ 3-5 Years Experience needed.
∎ Experience in a scrum master role
∎ Experience in project management tool
∎ Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
∎ Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
∎ Good knowledge of other agile frameworks
∎ Scrum master certification is a must
∎ Ability to work with and lead a team
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
∎ Ability to adapt to a changing environment
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and assure quality with the team
∎ Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
∎ Ability to create comprehensive technical documentations for different teams of the organization
