Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Company's goal through Direct marketing & Sales,
∎ Database Marketing and Tele-Marketing.
∎ Respond to the clients query at office and over telephone.
∎ Collection of Sales.
∎ Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.
∎ Meeting prospective clients and promote about projects.
∎ Receive and attain customer complaints and ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Ensure proper collection and target recovery.
∎ Prepare sales and marketing strategy.
∎ Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ Must have experience in plot or land selling.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly.
∎ Ability to handle clients for visiting our land project and convince them for selling.
∎ Frequently field visit alone or with team member is mandatory.

Salary: Negotiable
