• Age 30 to 33 years

• Perform physical and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
• Conduct stability studies and validate test methods for new and existing products.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all testing, results, and observations, in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Prepare and review batch records, certificates of analysis (CoA), and other quality control documentation for regulatory audits.
• Develop and validate analytical methods for new products, ensuring they are fit for purpose and meet product specifications.
• Participate in the validation of manufacturing processes and analytical methods.
• Ensure the proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments, ensuring that they function correctly and provide accurate results.
• Perform routine checks and validations of instruments to maintain accuracy and precision.
• Support the QA team in reviewing and investigating non-conformities, deviations, and out-of-specification (OOS) results. Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary data and documentation.
• Analyze test results, interpret data, and prepare quality reports for management review.
• Identify trends or potential quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
