Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
∎ Master’s degree in any subject. Academic background in Computer Science & Engineering or Statistics, Sociology, Economic will be preferred

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Monitoring and Evaluation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clinic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure compliance of SHN service performance KPI and develop monitoring framework, tools and plan against KPIs and roll them at the SHN.
∎ Maintain routine reporting deadline in compliance with SHN service base KPI for smooth functional effectivity.
∎ Monitor each team member is aligned with the performance against the agreed operational plan, competency framework and Key Performance Indicators and ensure that the performance gaps are identified and resolved through on time reporting.
∎ Ensure regular update of the PMP indicator framework and provide monthly and quarterly progress report AUHC Project and SHN.
∎ Assist SHN Management team to conduct periodic program review and diagnose the service KPI along with financial viability and provide Business Analytical support to SHN Management team.
∎ Analyze outcomes and impacts of the project and gave time to time feedback to the partner organizations staffs for keeping track on the project activities
∎ Provide necessary input to MIS in developing database and information storage mechanisms.
∎ Provide technical inputs to concern stakeholders and project driven studies such as baseline, Mid-Term Review, end line evaluation, evaluation, impact assessment etc.
∎ Collaborate across SHN to expand the use and implementation of appropriate data analytic techniques to enhance the use of business /financial data for effective decision making.
∎ Developing the data driven Analytical culture Working with the Accounts Manager, Service Delivery Specialist, Clinical Manager and other SHN staff to diagnose and implement strategies for corrective actions in cases where financial and service targets are falling short.
∎ Working with the Director Finance, Service Delivery Specialist & Clinical Manager to ensure that all SHN staff are following SHN protocols for tracking financial information.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in programmatic MIS platform.
∎ Master’s degree in any subject. Academic background in Computer Science & Engineering or Statistics, Sociology, Economic will be preferred.
∎ Experienced in developing and implementing Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP) plan in donor funded entity is highly desirable.
∎ Solid understanding of Monitoring & Evaluation Logical Framework, M & E Management System, Research, Reporting, Module Development is highly expected for the role.
∎ Demonstrated experience in developing user-friendly analytical tools and tracking systems.
∎ Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others
∎ Experience in health service delivery preferred.
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and write report Bangla and English, lead presentations, training courses, and meetings
∎ Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively
