Brand Communication, Campaign Management, Campaign Planning, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Media & Communication, Web Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Web Media/Blog
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist HoD in managing marketing plan as the yearly business plan for Miniso and activities within the marketing department. Constant communication with director’s, all franchisees and relevant parties.
∎ Keeping Marketing Plans within specified Budgets.
∎ Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed regarding marketing objectives/tasks.
∎ Planning and implementing project based and regular promotional campaigns.
∎ Planning, analyzing, conducting and implementing realistic strategic marketing & communication plan for the given year for Miniso and act on the approved plan to achieve the marketing objective.
∎ Maintain work with agency and internal directors
∎ Monitor the effectiveness of marketing communications
∎ Work closely with the digital agency with marketing strategies, designs and communications.
∎ Streamline and connect the digital agency with Miniso as a middle person for marketing, branding and various campaign purpose.
∎ Manage external parties during campaigns, like influencers, Print Vendors, Franchisees, Newspapers Campaigns and video agencies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Must be able to work under pressure, smooth negotiation ability with internal and external customer. Multi-function skill is pre-requisite criteria for this position.
∎ Good computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.) applications. Must be proficient in using graphics design software.
∎ Must have good communication skills in Bengali & English.
Salary: Negotiable
