Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain cash books of different associated companies of the group and manage the inflow & outflow of cash effectively on a daily basis.
∎ To prepare monthly bank reconciliations of all the banks.
∎ To check the suppliers’ bills before disbursements.
∎ To prepare trial balance from ledger and finally produce financial statements of associated companies from these trial balance.
∎ To convert the manual accounts into ERP software and prepare financial statements accordingly.
∎ To prepare the half yearly / yearly budget and monitor the budget variances with actual results.
∎ To check the weekly wages and salary of Tea Company Ltd.
∎ To maintain books of WPPF and prepare the accounts accordingly.
∎ To maintain the fixed assets, register in ERP.
∎ To reconcile the party receivable balances with the ledger and prepare aging analysis.
∎ Other necessary work assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge in ERP.
∎ Energetic, confident & proactive.
∎ Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
∎ Good communication and presentation skill.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
