∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Billing, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Reporting, Invoice Processing, Transactions, VAT and Tax, Voucher Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure day to day Accounts & Financial activities are properly recorded in Books of Accounts;
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, inventory management and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
∎ Reconcile the transaction of Cash, Bank, Debtors Creditors etc.
∎ Preparation of Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Maintain VAT Books & other necessary documents, as per VAT Act- 2012.
∎ Prepare Input-Output coefficient, monthly VAT & Tax return and submit with necessary required documents.
∎ Prepare various types of reports and update them regularly.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Assist the income tax dept regarding all VAT and Tax payments.
∎ Any other Accounts & finance-related activities of the Company assigned by the superior from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
