Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the entire payable cycle, including bill verification, adjustment, and payment processing.
∎ Ensure timely reconciliation of vendor accounts, bank transactions, and GRNs.
∎ Coordinate with SCM, Commercial, and internal departments to ensure proper documentation and payment approval.
∎ Monitor aging of payables and resolve vendor queries in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports as required by management.
∎ Conduct variance analysis and support in cost monitoring and control initiatives.
∎ Generate aging reports for suppliers, advances, and CWIP assets.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial standards.
∎ Assist with audits, budgeting processes, and other tasks assigned by management.
∎ We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance & Accounts team as Sr. Executive – Payable/Reporting at Akij Venture Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely management of accounts payable, as well as preparing various financial reports to support decision-making and compliance.
∎ Accounts Payable:
