Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software

Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record all financial transactions effectively following the accounting standards and practices.
∎ Ensure bills and voucher checking, requisition checking, purchase bill checking, different types of bill checking, verifying and proper recording as per guidelines.
∎ To be responsible for day-to-day accounting, banking, statutory compliances, customer and employee incentive scheme management, expense accounting, and tax-related matters.
∎ To individually deal with the handling of Cash Book, Bank Book, Ledger Book, Preparation of Trial Balance, Balance Sheet.
∎ Manage & Review Billing Processes (Accounts Payable/Receivable) & dispute resolution and settlement of the same.
∎ Prepare payments by verifying documentation, data Accounts statement (Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & yearly) and requesting disbursement.
∎ To be responsible for arranging and depositing cheques and recording, preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
∎ To ensure that all types of deductions and payments relating to income taxes and VAT etc. applicable for individual and corporate levels and other withholding taxes are fully updated and duly complied with.
∎ To ensure that appropriate policies are in place with regard to procurement and tendering processes to secure the best deals for the company from service providers and/or vendors.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Export and import related works and L/C, Insurance, C&F etc.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
