Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ CACC/ACCA/ICMA partly qualified will get preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACCA,CACC,ICMA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts Payable, Finance Accounts, Income Tax Practitioner (ITP), VAT Tax Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Payment Vouchers as per payment Manual.
∎ Entry each Vouchers to the Sub Ledger in Excel sheet. and Correction of Journal Entries if required.
∎ Calculate & Deduct source VAT & TAX from vendors and deposit to Govt. Revenue Collection Accounts, Tax & VAT Certificate issue to the vendor.
∎ Party ledger Reconciliation and balance confirmation according IHIS & Sub-Ledger on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
∎ Mushak-11 Challan filling from current bill. And rebate schedule preparation for VAT office & payment conformation in due date.
∎ Advance Adjustment Journal preparation & Petty Cash handling for cross functional department.
∎ Prepare Monthly Mobile Bill for all Corporate Numbers of MARH.
∎ Cash Salary disbursement to: a) Nursing Department b) Patient Care & House Keeping Department & Daily Cash Deposited to the Bank of: a) Staff Cafeteria b) Car Parking.
∎ Bank Account Opening & deposited related activities for All MARH Staffs
∎ Emergency tour Allowance Payment as per Claim received form from emergency Department
∎ Prepare daily cash and bank closing report, Reconciliation cash & bank Book entry with ledger
∎ Support to the internal & external auditors as per requirement.
∎ Overlook inventory management system
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
