Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and processing invoices, Cross-checking invoices with receiving and expenses to ensure accuracy.
∎ Engage daily banking activities and day to day operation of Accounts & Finance department
∎ Delivering Invoice to Client, ensuring related supporting documents to compliance and identifying risk.
∎ Solve billing disputes (analyze and compare records, prepare paperwork, communicate with customer/vendor billing department)
∎ Enter customer/vendor data in company database on customize software, ERP 9/Prime.
∎ To issue VAT Chalan (Mushka 6.3) and maintain the records, registers & documents conforming to VAT.
∎ Sending bills and invoices to clients
∎ Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
∎ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
∎ Cash & Funds management.
∎ Direct Participation in all Banking Activities, frequently visiting to the Bank to open new bank account, deposit.
∎ Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and cash account.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 24000 (Monthly)
