∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting Finance
∎ CA-CC

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Accounting Data Entry, Accounting Software, Accounts, Cost & Management Accounting, Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare monthly Invoice(bill) and to ensure distribution.
∎ To prepare monthly sales report and comparison analysis.
∎ To prepare Musok- 6.3 and relevant documents as per client's requirements.
∎ To manage the credit management function (manage the receivable collection).
∎ To lead and motivate the credit control team in order to achieve collection targets.
∎ To manage relationships with the clients in order to reduce exposer to potential bad debts.
∎ Completion of day-to-day administrative paperwork properly and timely
∎ Maintenance of consistent follow-up communication via telephone, in person and email for all relevant matters
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
∎ Ensure preparation and submission of periodic (quarterly/ half-yearly /yearly) financial reports to the Superior.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement at the end of each month.
∎ Perform any other duty/responsibilities assigned by higher authorities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good presentation skill and good communication skill in English.
∎ Should have dynamic, energetic and presentable personality.
