∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import.
∎ Customs BondTax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)TAX Deduction at Source VAT and TaxVDS and VAT act 2012.
∎ Sound knowledge on HS code, Service code, Bill of entry & rebate compliance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import.
∎ Customs BondTax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)TAX Deduction at Source VAT and TaxVDS and VAT act 2012.
∎ Sound knowledge on HS code, Service code, Bill of entry & rebate compliance.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing and filing VAT returns in a timely manner to the VAT online portal.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushok - 9.1) and other related documents as such Mushok - 4.3, Mushok – 6.1, Mushok – 6.2, Mushok - 6.2.1, Mushok - 6.3, Mushok – 6.4, Mushok – 6.5, Mushok – 6.6, Mushok -6.10.
∎ Documentions and preparation of VAT books of records and Engage with the VAT authority for submission and keep record in excel sheet.
∎ Hands on experience on VAT management software.
∎ Maintain liaison with Govt. bodies for VAT related assessment, appeal or any tribunal works.
∎ Efficient to handle case file of VAT with authorities when needed.
∎ Deducting VAT and TAX from source if applicable.
∎ Preparing documentation and responses to queries from VAT and TAX authorities.
∎ Maintaining up-to-date database in order to inform customer if return not received in the stipulated time.
∎ Preparing documentation and responses to audit queries.
∎ Keeping abreast of changes in VAT laws, and regulations, ensuring strict adherence and compliance by the company.
∎ Ensuring VAT reconciliation between the VAT records received from customers and internal accounting records to ensure seamless alignment.
∎ Representing organization with VAT Circle, Division, Commissionerate for on-going compliance and relationship management & Maintain effective communication with VAT Officials.
∎ Update the Daily Import-Export Statement Prepare required reports.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

∎ Shine Palace Industry is a Manufacturer of Chinese (MS-Nuts, Hexa Nuts & Flange Nuts) Nuts and a concern of Shine Palace Group, We are searching for a perceptive, creative Tax & VAT Professional to oversee our factory, showroom, import & export operations. The VAT Sr. Executive/Executive will develop, review and improve policies, systems and procedures and generally ensuring the VAT smoothly and efficiently.
