∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
Requirements:

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Minimum of 02 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
∎ Experience with international accounting practices and multi-currency transaction, inward and outward remittance.
∎ Knowledge of freight forwarding operations and logistics is a must.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage daily financial transactions related to freight forwarding operations, including invoicing, payments, and receivables.
∎ Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies in financial records.
∎ Prepare and issue invoices to clients, ensuring all charges are accurate and reflect services provided.
∎ Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
∎ Review and approve expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Monitor and control operational expenses, identifying areas for cost savings.
∎ Generate and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support business decision-making.
∎ Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing trends and variances to ensure accurate financial planning.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
∎ Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
∎ Manage financial relationships with vendors and clients, addressing any billing or payment issues.
∎ Negotiate payment terms and agreements with vendors to optimize cash flow.
∎ Utilize accounting software and systems to maintain accurate financial records and streamline accounting processes.
∎ Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and logistics, to ensure alignment of financial and operational objectives.
