∎ Age at least 23 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Must have experience in Accounts Software related work such as data posting & Tally.
∎ • Ensure daily accounting transactions are being properly done.
∎ • Maintain cash transactions and keep records.
∎ • Check all kinds of bill & Voucher.
∎ • Prepare and posting of all types of Vouchers.
∎ • Petty Cash monitoring and disbursement.
∎ • Updating the books of accounts on a regular basis.
∎ • Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Software.
∎ • Typing skill in both Bangla and English.
∎ • VAT & Tax return related works
∎ • To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
∎ • Update the record of all forms as necessary.
∎ • Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy.
