∎ Shall be B.Sc in Textile from any University.
∎ Shall be B.Sc (Industrial Engineering) from any University.
∎ Educational qualification for highly experienced candidate may be relaxed.

∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knit garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and coordinate yarn to finished fabric delivery operations and ensure compliance within the established production schedules, standard costs, specifications.
∎ Follow-up sample section for smooth bulk production.
∎ Must be dedicated and devoted to delivery on time quality fabric to meet the deadlines.
∎ Co-ordinate with garment & textile division about smooth handling of short/additional quantity.
∎ Co-ordinate with different department to obtain the product development goals within T&A plan to meet the bulk deadline.
∎ Plan for production on the basis of order, floor capacity, and time schedule, per day work load and on the basis of monthly target.
∎ Responsible to execute production program of different orders.
∎ Monitor the product developments.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Maintain existing customers and develop new customers.
∎ Responsible for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities that support the production process.
∎ Prepares and monitor budget, variance analysis and establishes goals in line with company goals.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience to work with different types of software.
∎ The applicant should have experience in Knit Composite Factory.
∎ Must have leadership skill and team work ability.
∎ Be able to handle Production Plan efficiently & professionally.
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
∎ Must Have Good communication in English.
∎ Must have excellent analytical management skills.
Salary: Negotiable
