Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve individual Sales, customer acquisition & retention.
∎ Ensure regular client follow-up, visit and correspondences to achieve set of personal targets.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate and Secondary business and present market scenario.
∎ Able to communicate with the wide network of different professionals/business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ Work under pressure in a team with responsibility.
∎ Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ Prepare report as required by team leader and management.
∎ Strong sales closing capability.
∎ Must collaborate with team members to achieve better results

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas Real estate, Secondary business development, Sales and Marketing at 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ Must be having computer knowledge.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Sales person must have the capability to deal with the clients of Bashundhara, Uttara and Mirpur area.
