Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Textile Engineering at any reputed University.
∎ B Sc in IPE will get a preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Candidates with practical Experience in the garment cutting Section are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Freshers are not encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of fabrics & accessories.
∎ Excellent command of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to solve problems and present solutions.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design Layout of equipment, materials and workspace using IE methods.
∎ Analyzing the SMV and Productivity details for all styles. Save SMV by introducing new methods/tools.
∎ Analyze the risk factor of an order & make a sustainable solution.
∎ Check Marker Consumption and fabric Consumption before bulk cutting.
∎ Conduct capacity study, method study, production study, Time Study and maintain skill matrix.
∎ Update skill inventory regular basis.
∎ Daily Cutting & Input Target -Achievement. must monitor hourly and shift-wise production.
∎ Find Non-productive Time in production, plan to reduce it and report to higher authority.
∎ Prepare Daily Cutting Efficiency Reports and Monthly reports to the management about cutting efficiency percentage and variance analysis.
∎ Prepare performance appraisal reports for the workers & cutting staff, and set policies to evaluate them.
∎ Conduct training schemes to develop new workers or increase the efficiency of the relatively low-efficient operator.
∎ Give worker and machine requirements/budget if necessary.
∎ Man-machine management & Setup of standard MMR control.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
