Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com (Accounting/ Finance)/ MBA (Accounting/ Finance).
∎ CA (CC) / CMA partly qualified candidates will be preferred but not mandatory.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance/ Accounts, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate is expected to have a strong Accounting background with sound knowledge in IAS, computerized accounting programs, Inventory, Taxation and other related issues.
∎ To plan, organize and conduct internal audit as guided by the management.
∎ To ensure/ produce the audit findings report with necessary analysis and comparison.
∎ Communicate the results of audits and reviews via written reports and oral presentations to Management.
∎ To ensure proper documentation system and preserve appropriate audit evidence for future reference.
∎ Work in well-furnished office in AEPZ and to work in production, Store/inventory related arena as per Company policy and guidelines.
∎ To develop/ modify different policy of the organization time to time.
∎ Report on the VAT and Tax source deduction & return submission compliance as per current Finance Act /VAT Act- 1991/ Income Tax Ordinance & Rules-1984 etc.
∎ Report on fixed assets as per books of accounts & physical existence to trace the anomalies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 year experience is required in lingerie Garments as an internal Auditor.
∎ Good knowledge of Tally & ERP Software.
∎ Good communication skills both Bengali and English.
