∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ B Sc in IPE will get preference
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only Experience candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Experience in Knit Garments will get preference.
∎ Experience in Knit Garments will get preference.
∎ Very good commend in Microsoft excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good Communication skill both Bengali & English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operation planning and monitoring.
∎ Check and ensure size set are correctly made.
∎ Find Non-productive Time for the production, make plan to reduce it and give report to higher authority.
∎ Prepare performance appraisal report for the worker & cutting stuff, set policy to evaluate them.
∎ Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time submission with right quality and quantity.
∎ Make floor Layout and maintain Daily MIS report.
∎ Conduct training scheme to develop new worker or to increase the efficiency of the relatively low efficient operator.
∎ Fabric demand for cutting.
∎ Daily Cutting & Input Target & Achievement.
∎ Give worker and machine requirement if necessary.
∎ Monthly report to the management about cutting efficiency percentage and with variance analysis.
∎ Ability to understand customer concept and idea to develop new product for cuttings.
∎ Man-Machine management & Setup standard MMR control.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
