Job Context:
MIR Ceramic Limited is a leading tile manufacturing company in Bangladesh, renowned for its innovation, premium quality, and strong brand presence. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our team to strengthen our digital presence and brand communication.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate with external vendors including Advertising Agencies, Video Production Agencies, and Website Development & Maintenance Agencies, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and alignment with business objectives.

  • Prepare clear and detailed briefs for agencies and internal teams, and execute brand strategies consistently across all digital platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.

  • Oversee and manage all social media pages and digital channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring regular updates, audience engagement, and consistent brand presence.

  • Supervise and manage video content creation and posting, including promotional videos, reels, shorts, product demos, testimonials, and campaign-based content across all platforms.

  • Analyze digital performance data across social media, campaigns, SEO, and websites, and prepare regular performance reports to support decision-making, optimization, and future strategy planning.
