∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to head of export & logostics
∎ Prepare all kind of export documents as per LC terms & conditions and buyer's guideline;
∎ Corresponding with CNF & Carrier to ensure smooth delivery;
∎ Keeping proper record all types of statement relating to export;
∎ Communicate with buyer, C&F, Transport and shipping line independently.
∎ Booking placement and uploading shipment docs in online system for forwarder and buyer.
∎ Systematic communication with bank regarding export documents.
∎ Prepare report all export document on payment realization/cost sheet.
∎ Export documents submission to the Bank timely & collect maturity in the stipulated time frame.
∎ Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates.
∎ Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
∎ Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
∎ Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical job experience in a reputed Export oriented Knit Garments Manufacturing Company.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Hands-on PC skill with the knowledge of commonly used Microsoft Office
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
