Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and record all accounting transactions
∎ Assure revenue from all sources of (business and non-business) income
∎ Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
∎ Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information specially in accounts payable and receivable
∎ Reconcile intercompany transactions with all others GL and Bank Account
∎ Ensure timely receive and payments
∎ Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
∎ Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
∎ Audit financial transactions and documents
∎ Prepare LC, commercial invoice, packing list and negotiation documents.
∎ Prepare budget forecasts
∎ Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
∎ Maintains financial security by following internal controls
∎ Comply with financial policies and regulations
∎ Others job assign by superior as and when require.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum >5 years' experience for Sr. Executive and <5 years' experience for executive in accounting/finance as an Accountant
∎ Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the IAS, IFRS/BFRS
∎ Hands-on experience with accounting software like Zoho Book / Talley
∎ proper knowledge on computing taxes and prepare tax returns
∎ Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
∎ Experience with general ledger functions with reconciliation
∎ Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
∎ Masters /BBA/MBA in Accounting, Additional certification (CA or CMA) is a plus
∎ Knowledge on IT accessories, Properties, catering and Dairy business will be an added advantage.
