Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage E-Commerce Operation Independently.
∎ Maintain optimal level of customer services at all times by ensuring simplicity in services
∎ Ensure compliance to all legal requirements and monitor all online platforms
∎ Monitor day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve goals
∎ Ensure to improve online user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and develop brand loyalty.
∎ Maintain E-commerce order generation system.
∎ Ensure product handover to the delivery department and track on time delivery.
∎ Liaison with IT department in order to maintain site and keep up to date.
∎ Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
∎ Ensure to resolve service problems by root cause analyzing of customer's complaints
∎ Generate sales leads
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
∎ Monitor to ensure order placement, refunds, or product exchange
∎ Prepare any sort of site or customer related reports as required.
∎ Any other tasks given by the authority
∎ Product packaging

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 26 years

∎ Commercial Thinking ability
∎ Planning & Organizing skill

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
