Responsibilities & Context:

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Campaign Management

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

    • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

    • Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and ROI to ensure campaign efficiency.

    • Allocate and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

  2. Social Media Management

    • Create monthly content calendars with engaging posts, visuals, and reels for brand awareness and lead generation.

    • Oversee page activities, community management, and response handling (messages, comments, inquiries).

    • Analyze social media performance through Meta Business Suite and other analytic tools.

  3. SEO & Website Management

    • Manage on-page and off-page SEO to improve search rankings and website visibility.

    • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and monitor website traffic via Google Analytics.

    • Coordinate with the web team for landing page optimization and UX improvement.

  4. Content Creation & Branding

    • Develop creative copies, ad headlines, and promotional taglines for social and digital platforms.

    • Work closely with the design team to ensure visual alignment with brand identity.

    • Maintain consistency of tone, visuals, and messaging across all channels.

  5. Email & SMS Marketing

    • Plan and execute automated email and SMS marketing campaigns using CRM tools.

    • Segment audiences for personalized campaigns and measure open & click-through rates.

  6. Market Research & Trend Analysis

    • Track competitor activities, emerging trends, and platform algorithm updates.

    • Provide insights for product positioning, customer engagement, and audience targeting.

  7. Team Coordination & Reporting

    • Supervise junior marketing staff or interns and provide task guidance.

    • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

    • Collaborate with sales, design, and operations teams for integrated campaigns.

  8. Compliance & Innovation

    • Ensure campaigns comply with Meta & Google’s latest policies (e.g., Andromeda Update).

    • Experiment with new formats such as reels, stories, AI-g
