Responsibilities & Context:

The core focus for this role at GMCI is lead generation for visa services Ticketing, Visa, Tour and student recruitment.

• Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow official GMCI pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

• Paid Advertising: Design and manage high-conversion Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns targeting prospective students and immigration applicants.

• Lead Management: Coordinate with the sales/counseling team to ensure leads from digital channels are tracked and followed up through a CRM.

• Content Production: Oversee the creation of video testimonials, informative reels about visa updates, and blog posts for the GMCI website.

• SEO & Web Traffic: Optimize the company website ($gmcibd.com$) to rank for keywords like "Canada immigration consultant in Dhaka" or "Study in UK from Bangladesh."

• Performance Tracking: Use Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to provide weekly reports on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Conversion Rates.

• Website Management: Need to update and Manage different website and post contenst regularly
