Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directs cash management operations to include daily cash administration, management of current accounts and bank relations.
∎ Reviews and drives improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
∎ Completes all cash management set-up documentation for new and existing department processes; prepares correspondence and proposals directed to and for cash management.
∎ Handle day to day petty cash transaction.
∎ Maintain day to day cash register (ERP).
∎ Checking document/instruments of the petty cash expenses, and prepares the summary of payments for submission to audit department.
∎ Proper documentation and file management.
∎ Ensure timely cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
∎ Preparing all the vouchers (Debit, Credit, Journal, sales, Purchase etc.).
∎ Monitoring bill & voucher preparation & posting to the system.
∎ Keep record and track employee related expenses and adjust accordingly
∎ Reporting to Head office from time to time.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
