Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage financial data to discover outstanding invoices.
∎ Collect and sort all invoices, credit, bill, and order statements.
∎ Enter all relevant data into accounting software.
∎ Draft invoice statements for customers and vendors.
∎ Utilize electronic, standard, and certified mail services to deliver invoices.
∎ Issue reminder and final notice statements to dilatory and delinquent.
∎ Chase customers for on-time recovery of payment.
∎ Record and update all payments in accounting software.
∎ Perform receivable aging on monthly basis and furnish reports to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years’ experience in a billing field.
∎ Sound computation ability.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Notably Excel.
Salary: Negotiable
