Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting and Finance
∎ CC/CA Candidates are preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Finance and Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain audit working papers and files systematically.
∎ Collecting, preparing, and organizing physical and digital documentation for auditing processes.
∎ Wastage Management, COGS analysis.
∎ Checking export payment realization, discount, penalty, incentive etc.
∎ Conduct pre-audit regularly as per pre-audit policy of the company.
∎ To follow up on the implementation of the audit recommendation. Ensure that group internal control systems are running effectively & efficiently and risks are minimized to a tolerable level.
∎ Conducting monthly/half-yearly and annual physical inventory counting at factory warehouse and reconciling with received.
∎ Examine financial transactions and inquiry the individual items including details of transactions, balance & payment procedures.
∎ Prepare internal audit report with recommendations on identified lacking in the internal control procedure.
∎ Ensuring proper step has been taken to safeguard the assets of the company as directed.
∎ Conducting suspected physical cash verification of the whole group on quarterly/ half-yearly/ annually.
∎ Preparing inventory reconciliation statement on received quantity between store & accounts record.
∎ Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation, and regulations are fully compiled.
∎ Check and review the Tax and Vat issue related to the transaction, verify rate and procurement procedure.
∎ To ensure that all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, voucher etc. are being checked and verified in the prescribed manner.
∎ Planning financial audits of businesses from start to finish.
∎ Prepare and submit the statement of TDS and VDS on suppliers, vendors & others payment as per Tax & Vat rules.
∎ Any other works as & when assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Cash Management, Audit & Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Food/Plastic/Agro based companies/Group of Industries
∎ Should have strong analytical ability and accuracy
∎ Should have computer literacy in Office Suit and accounting software.
∎ Should have ability to work under time pressure & should be a good team player.
∎ Reporting skill, communication skill, Presentation Skills.
