Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement market-specific plans for Retailars.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Loyalty
∎ Program (TLP) retailers and manage loyalty strategies.
∎ Lead and mentor the team, ensuring effective execution of activation programs.
∎ Drive sales volume targets for TLP outlets and identify business growth opportunities.
∎ Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports on trade activation and loyalty programs.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and promote ethical behavior within the team.
